According to the CDC, more than one-third of adults 65 and older fall each year in the United States and 20% to 30% of people who fall suffer moderate to severe injuries. Our goal at Bodyworks is not only to help you rehabilitate from injuries due to falls, but also help prevent future falls.

There are many factors that can negatively impact our balance. Here are a few examples:

Research tells us that exercise and balance training programs reduces the risk of falling and injuries from falls. Our Physical Therapists can work with you to determine what might be negatively influencing your balance and customize a program to improve your balance, reduce your risk for falling and hopefully prevent any future falls!
