Kara Oye

Kara has joined our team as the Office Manager and brings more than 15 years of experience in customer service, human resources, accounting, and operations. She enjoys being part of a team that helps people feel better and get back to doing the things they love. Whether she's assisting patients, supporting the staff, or keeping daily operations running smoothly, Kara is committed to making every experience at Bodyworks a positive one. 

When she is not at the clinic, Kara stays busy as a mom of three. She's a passionate fan of the Minnesota Vikings and NDSU Bison and loves spending time outdoors. You'll often find her enjoying summer days at Big Cormorant Lake, biking, exploring trails, or making memories with family and friends.
