“Heather is a gem that I found over 7 years ago! She greets me with a smile and asks me what areas we need to work on each time I see her, which is monthly. Her massage techniques help keep my headaches, back, and neck pain at bay. She is an integral part of keeping me comfortable in my aging body! I look forward to seeing her beautiful smile and our talks monthly. I feel that she really cares about my health and well-being!”

Areas of Specialty

    • Deep Tissue Massage Focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension. The massage uses many of the same strokes as classic massage therapy, with the main difference lying in the fact that a deep tissue massage involves slower movements and the application of greater pressure.
    • Prenatal Massage A therapeutic bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women to address the unique needs and changes that occur in their bodies during pregnancy. This type of massage focuses on providing relaxation, reducing stress, and relieving the common discomforts associated with pregnancy.
    • Swedish Massage Melt your stresses away and heal your mind, body and soul with soothing relaxation massage techniques and heat therapy.
    • Myofascial Massage Involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
    • Essential Oil Massage When combined with massage, essential oils create a relaxing, luxurious experience that balances the mind and body. Essentials Oils can also help aid in certain ailments.

    Personal

I was born and raised in Edgeley, ND. My passion for massage therapy started in high school and only grew that much more when I attended Sister Rosalind Gefre’s School of Massage Therapy in 2005. I feel so incredibly blessed to have a career where I can make a difference in the health and well-being of a person’s life. My other passions, when I’m not working, include spending time with my husband, traveling, hiking, and visiting family and friends.
