Areas of Specialty

  • Deep Tissue Massage: Focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension. The massage uses many of the same strokes as classic massage therapy, with the main difference lying in the fact that a deep tissue massage involves slower movements and the application of greater pressure.
  • Myofascial Massage: Involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
  • Cupping: Utilizes specialized cups on the skin to create suction. Cupping can help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, and relaxation.
  • Swedish: Melt your stresses away and heal your mind, body and soul with soothing relaxation massage techniques including effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration and tapotement.

Personal

I was born and raised in Fargo. In high school I was involved in athletic activities and other organizations. After graduating high school, I went onto coaching girls’ and boys’ competitive gymnastics. My passion for the human body and wellness comes from the sport of gymnastics. I wanted further my education and learn how the body moves and heals, all while helping people. Every day I fall more in love with my work. This career allows me to keep educating myself and others. I am grateful to be able to give back in so many ways.

When I am not working, I am usually hanging out with my dog Winston, reading a good book with a cup of coffee, or visiting friends and family.
