“I love working with Brecca because I trust her, and she really cares for me and my recovery. I feel confident that in sessions and with homework, I will get back to pre-injury health and perhaps even better. During sessions, she is a perfect blend of encouragement through the tough stuff and challenging you to do a little more than you think you can. She sets reasonable expectations for at-home exercises and isn’t judgmental if life happens. I’m so thankful to have Brecca’s support through one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in this long-term recovery.”

Personal

“I was raised in Minot, ND. I enjoyed participating in cross country and track throughout
my high school years and continued into my college career at North Dakota State
University. As a prior collegiate athlete, I know there are setbacks that may come along
your way whether in a sport or not. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome
those setbacks and achieve their goals. The journey is a rewarding process to be a part
of. I enjoy connecting with each individual I have the privilege to work with. Outside of
work I enjoy traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and continue to
enjoy running.”
